  • 6 large or 12 small Portobello mushrooms
  • olive oil, for drizzling
  • salt and pepper

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.

Place the mushrooms in a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, season well and roast for 15 minutes
