We use a British chorizo supplier called Bath Pig for this sarnie. The caper mayo cuts though the richness of the chorizo, whilst making the chewy ciabatta deliciously moist.

Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta or potato sourdough loaf, cut in half horizontally
  • 25 g butter, softened
  • 80

Method

Open out the loaf and butter the bottom half. Spread with the caper mayonnaise. Cover with the chorizo, tomatoes and cress, then add a twist of black pepper.

Sandwich the bread together then cut into 4 and serve.
