Mixed Lettuces with Yogurt Dressing & Warm Croutons

Yogurt dressings are among my very favorites. I love how their rich creaminess is balanced by the acidity of good-quality Greek yogurt. These dressings are a great canvas for herbs, spices, and aromatics. And because the yogurt is so thick, it can be mixed with vinegar and oil without becoming too thin.

The warm, hand-torn croutons are a great addition here, helping to carry the creamy, decadent dressing while also creating some temperature contrast. These are great added to all kin
