This pizza is spectacular. We build it from our simple tomato sauce, tomato confit, oregano, and crushed red pepper, balanced with the right amount of olive oil and sea salt. This makes for a perfect base for mozzarella, burrata, anchovies, prosciutto, arugula, or some combination of these. If I could eat only one pizza for the rest of my life, it would be a pomodoro burrata, our version of a classic Margherita.
