  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 2 cups [500 ml] dry white wine<

Method

Cut the garlic clove in half and put it in a saucepan with the wine. Bring the wine to a boil and boil it for about 3 minutes to cook off the alcohol. If you have a gas stove, you may want to tilt the pan to ignite the wine so it doesn’t ignite accidently while you’re leaning over the saucepan. Take out the garlic.
