French toast sticks are classic kid food. Their “stick” format just invites children to pick them up with their hands, maybe dip an end in pure maple syrup, and take a bite. (Parents are welcome to do that, too!) Most store-bought gluten-free bread is sliced too thin and is the wrong texture to make really good French toast sticks. Using our Sandwich Bread, however, will deliver excellent results!
