Method
Cut slices off an underdone leg of mutton.
Sprinkle them with devil seasoning.
Then with a little fresh butter, grill it under the gas (or by electricity or you can use a salamander), or it may be put into an oven hot enough to brown it.
Add the gravy that comes from it to some good brown sauce.
