  • ¾ pound frozen spinach

Method

Line a pie tin with pastry, fluting the edges; chill. Prick bottom with a fork; and bake ‘blind’ in a hot oven (450°F. Mark 7) for about 15 minutes, just long enough to set the crust without browning it. Allow to cool.

Cook spinach with butter, a
