  • ½ pint apricot jam
  • ¼ pint water
  • 2 tablespoons <

Method

Combine apricot jam and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Lower heat and simmer gently, stirring from time to time, for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve and stir in Kirsch.
