  • 1 rump steak (about inches thick)

Method

Remove steak from refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking and slit fat in several places around side to prevent meat from curling during cooking. Pre-heat grill for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle both sides of steak with freshly-ground black pepper and spread with butter.
