  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons red wine
  • 1 onion, sliced

Method

Place eggs, red wine, sliced onion, garlic and coarsely-chopped parsley in container of electric blender. Blend until vegetables are finely chopped; mix well with ground meats and season to taste with salt, pepper and sage or thyme. Seasoning should be rather sharp.
