  • 1 pound minced beef
  • ½ Spanish onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove

Method

Combine beef, finely-chopped onion, garlic, parsley and grated Parmesan in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Trim crusts from bread, soak in milk, squeeze dry and shred into mixture. Add eggs and mix well to a smooth paste. Add a little dry white wine and salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste.
