  • 6 lamb chops
  • salt and freshly-ground black pepper
  • ¼ pint lemon juice

Method

Salt and pepper the chops on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Place lamb chops in a flat dish just large enough to hold them and pour marinade mixture over them. Marinate chops for 2 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
