  • 2 pounds boned lamb, minced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • ¼ level

Method

Combine minced lamb, curry powder, ginger, turmeric, coriander, paprika, cayenne, flour, and salt and pepper, to taste. Add 1 egg; mix well and form meat mixture into a loaf.

Place loaf in a buttered gratin dish just large enough to hold it.
