  • 1 pound raw veal
  • 2 ounces cooked ham
  • 2 ounces

Method

Put raw veal, cooked ham and sausage meat through finest blade of your mincer 3 times. Sauté finely-chopped onion and garlic in butter until transparent. Combine minced meats and sautéed vegetables in a large mixing bowl; add thyme, parsley, and salt and pepper, to taste.

Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes; press out as much of the milk as you can and add crumbs to meat mixture. Sti
