  • ½ basic crêpes mixture
  • 2 ounces butter
  • ¼ pound

Method

For the Filling

Heat 1 ounce butter in a frying pan. Add coarsely-chopped mushrooms and lemon juice, and cook for a minute or two.

Heat remaining butter in a frying pan. Add finely-chopped onion and sauté until golden. Stir in flour and mix well. Add milk and cook for 2 or 3 min
