Method

Peel or scrape new potatoes. Cook until just tender in boiling water to which you have added salt and olive oil. Drain and keep warm.

Melt butter in a saucepan; blend in flour and gradually stir in milk. Add dill seed and cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is smooth and thick. Add lemon juice, finely-chopped parsley and salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste, and pour over h
