  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tablespoons

Method

Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden. Discard garlic. Mix tomato concentrate with water and add to the oil. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Chop tuna fish coarsely; chop anchovies finely; add to tomato mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
