  • ½ pound mozzarella cheese

Method

Cook the lasagne, 6 or 8 at a time, in boiling salted water until they are half done; drain carefully. Line a well-buttered baking dish with a layer of lasagne; add a layer of diced mozzarella cheese, a layer of coarsely-chopped Italian sausage, a layer of sliced hard-boiled eggs; sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan and crumbled ricotta cheese and moisten with w
