Make a thin omelette with eggs and butter; cut in strips and set aside. Heat corn oil in a large frying pan, and when it is very hot add chopped onion and sauté until golden. Add next five ingredients and sauté gently for 3 to 5 minutes. Just before serving, add egg strips, soy sauce and salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
