  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

Method

Chop finely celery, onion and garlic; melt 4 tablespoons butter and sauté vegetables until soft but not brown. Stir in rice and fry, stirring continuously, until golden. Add parsley, season to taste with salt and black pepper and add the orange juice and chicken stock. Cover and simmer for 12 to 15
