Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, seeded and quartered
  • ½ Spanish onion, sliced
  • 1 sweet green pepper, sliced

Method

Combine prepared vegetables in a salad bowl, placing neatly on top the tuna fish, anchovies and quartered eggs. Dot with ripe olives. Mix salad dressing of wine vinegar, olive oil, seasoning and herbs, and sprinkle over the salad.
