  • 2 large green peppers
  • 2 large sweet red peppers
  • 6 firm ripe tomatoes

Method

Prepare herb dressing by combining finely-chopped garlic and fresh herbs with oil, vinegar, salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste.
