Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 1 bunch

Method

Wash and trim lettuce and watercress. Dry thoroughly. Trim radishes and slice paper-thin. Chill.

To Assemble Salad

Arrange lettuce leaves in a salad bowl and spread watercress on top. Scatter thinly-sliced radishes over this. Make French dressing and just before serving add dressing and toss until every ingredient glistens.
