  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 head cos lettuce
  • 2 raw leeks

Method

Cut tomatoes in wedges. Wash and drain lettuce and arrange in salad bowl. Wash leeks carefully; cut white parts coarsely and add to salad with tomato wedges. Sprinkle with finely-chopped parsley and basil; pour over French dressing and toss.
