  • 2 filleted salt herrings
  • olive oil
  • vinegar
  • 4 boiled potatoes, sliced

Method

Cut filleted herrings in small pieces and marinate in olive oil and vinegar. Combine potatoes, apples, eggs, pickle, olives and onion in a bowl. Add herrings. Make a dressing of 3 parts olive oil to 1 part
