Thin mayonnaise with juice from a small tin of black truffles and season to taste with salt, celery salt and freshly-ground black pepper. Add finely-sliced black truffles to sauce and combine with shredded lettuce, finely-chopped eggs, diced chicken, celery and tuna fish. Mix well. Add more mayonnaise and seasoning if desired.
