  • ¾ pound sugar
  • 1 ½ pints water
  • 4 pint

Method

Bring sugar and water to the boil; boil for 5 minutes. Cool slightly and add orange juice, lemon juice and grated orange and lemon rind. Cool; strain through a fine sieve and freeze.
