  • 4 slices fresh pineapple
  • orange quarters, peeled
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Method

Remove hard central core from a slice of pineapple. Arrange on a plate; add orange quarters in a flower shape; keep cool. Just before serving, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the hollow of the pineapple; top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate vermicelli and toasted slivered almonds.
