Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh figs
  • 4 fluid ounces honey
  • white wine, to cover

Method

Place figs in a saucepan with enough white wine to cover. Bring to the boil; add honey and simmer until figs are tender. Chill. Serve with fresh cream.
