Method

Make about 12 crêpes, using either an electric griddle or a thick-bottomed frying pan. Slice strawberries; add sugar and a little Kirsch or Grand Marnier to taste and spoon 2 tablespoons sliced and sugared strawberries on to each pancake.

Roll the crêpes to enclose the filling
