  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 6 tablespoons grand marnier
  • sugar

Method

Wash, hull and slice strawberries into a bowl. Pour Grand Marnier over them; add sugar to taste; stir and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Beat egg white stiff and fold into whipped cream.

Just before serving, fold sliced strawberries and liquid into chantilly mixture; correct flavouring and pile into baked flan case. Serve immediately.
