  • 3 slabs lamb ribs, Denver cut

Method

Mix marinade ingredients in small glass or stainless steel bowl, then rub into slabs of ribs and let sit covered with plastic for 1 hour at room temperature.

Bring smoker up to 225°-250° degrees, oil grill, add ribs and cook for 3½-4 hours
