Rub

  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoo

Method

Mix rub ingredients in small bowl. Massage mustard into chops with your hands and then sprinkle rub over chops, coating evenly.

Put on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours.

Grill chops on oiled grill rack set 5 to 6 inches over glowing coals, or hot gas fire (400°-450°
