These are perhaps the simplest and most delicious ribs I have ever tasted.
Salt and pepper ribs and put on oiled grill rack in smoker for 4 hours at 165° degrees. Or you can use indirect method of heat on a grill by putting coals on one side of barbecue, placing a water pan on other side of the barbecue. Place ribs on cool side of grill rack above water pan.
