Serve piled atop French rolls, which have been buttered and grilled.

Ingredients

BBQ Sauce

  • 1-½ sticks butter
  • ¼ cup distilled vinegar
  • crushed red pepper to taste

Method

Melt sauce ingredients together in a small saucepan at medium and heat, but DO NOT BOIL the sauce.

Rub olive oil on chicken and salt and pepper to taste.

Cook chicken on grill or in smoker. Grill over medium heat (400° to 500°) for 1½ to 2 hours
