Try serving this with grilled steaks or roasts and use the Morel Mushroom Gravy to pour over the onion pudding.

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 cups

Method

Preheat grill or smoker to approximately 400° to 500° degrees.

In non-stick frying pan on stove melt 4 tablespoon butter with olive oil, over high heat. Add onions, cover, turn burner to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Uncover the pan, raise the burner heat to medium, a
