This simple recipe maybe expanded with veggies and mushrooms and brushed with marinade to make great shish-ka-bobs or cook just the meat as a pre-main course finger food. It works well with all sorts of dark-meat game including duck and goose. We’ve even had success with wild turkey (the feathered kind, as well as the bottled variety). For turkey and chicken, just marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
