Yun Tsin used the raw pork hash as a filling for crisp fried wontons. Fill, fry, and even freeze the wontons in advance. To serve, crisp them in the oven. You can also use them in Fried Wontons with Vegetable Egg Flower Sauce.



  1. For the filling, make Steamed Pork Hash as directed, except lightly beat the egg first and reserve 1 teaspoon. In a small bowl, mix the 1 teaspoon
