Quinoa is now a household staple. This little super seed has made its way onto our plates and is a great alternative to rice and other grains. I love eating it with other components and this recipe is one that I make again and again.
Cook the quinoa following the packet instructions and set aside.
Add all the dressing ingredients to a jar, give it a good shake and set aside.
For the beans, add all the ingredients to a bowl, pour half of the prepared dressing over and give it a good stir.
