Warning! Once you make these you won’t be able to stop eating them. They are great to have around when you are feeling peckish and need an energy boost. Or to have as a takeaway.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4). In a blender, add the cashews and blitz them until they turn into a fine flour. Make sure to not overblend. Add the almond flour and coconut oil and give it another whizz. Tip out the mixture into a bowl.
