I WAS RAISED ON THIS STUFF, SO I MAY BE BIASED, BUT BOEREWORS (PRO- nounced BUR-ra-vorz) is my favorite sausage, especially when it’s made by my South African father. Loaded with spices and flavor, this fresh beef and pork sausage is formed into a single long coil that is grilled whole and then cut to size to lt a hot dog bun.
