If yellow mustard is too boring for you, try this version packed with tangy whole mustard seeds. This is a perfect topping for hearty hot dogs like those made with a fresh bratwurst.
Break up three-fourths of the mustard seeds in a spice grinder or with a mortar and pestle. Combine with the whole seeds and remaining ingredients. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
