Brussels sprouts probably rank up there with spinach on children’s lists of least-liked vegetables. But the first time I made these for our family, my daughters couldn’t get enough of them. The trick is to boil them first, which makes them lose their bitterness. These Brussels sprouts come out sweet and luscious, wonderfully juxtaposed with savory bits of pancetta.
