  • About

I did not grow up on blueberry blintzes. (In fact, I’d never heard of blueberry blintzes.) But, apparently, they were part of the Miami Jewish tradition and my wife remembers them from her childhood. Now, I’m a blueberry freak, so it didn’t take much coaxing for me to try making blueberry blintzes. We Raichlens didn’t know what we were missing! You can certainly use the large, high-bush blueberries, but the tiny low-bush blueberries from Maine have even more flavor.
