Adding heart-healthy avocados to Greek yogurt makes a creamy, good-for-you sauce that is great as a dip as well as a topping for Nachos con Frijoles, Queso y Aguacate. I also love using this sauce with Tacos de Pescado con Ensalada de Repollo. If you like your sauce a little thinner, use skim milk to thin it out a bit.
