These gluten-free baked chips are delicious as a base for healthy nachos (Nachos con Frijoles, Queso y Aguacate) or served with salsas or dips (such as Dip de Frijol Negro con Elote). They are also excellent with Sopa de Tortilla. Bake them whole to use them for Tostadas de Frijol y Queso.
