There is something special about having a whole little cake that you love all to yourself. Silicone cupcake pans are required for this size cake because they are so flexible, allowing you to unmold the baby cakes easily. My original version of the Chocolate Oblivion, which appears in The Cake Bible, used Lindt chocolate, which was 56 percent cacao.
