When you search the Scottish Register of Tartans, there are currently 24 official MacLeod tartans, from MacLeod of Raasay to MacLeod of Argentina. But there’s no doubt which MacLeod tartan is the most recognisable – the Loud MacLeod! Wearing the MacLeod of Lewis is a surefire way to stand out.
