In a blender or food processor, combine the tomatillos, garlic, chile, green onion, cilantro, and lime juice to taste and pulse to finely chop. Add the avocado and pulse once or twice. The salsa should still have some texture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
